Keeping up fresh, current studio decor is a challenge for me. By the time I find right blend of interesting, oddball pieces, I’m practically tired of them already. Currently, the look hints of color blocking. That was easy since I have a habit of keeping big pieces one color and bringing in prints and bright colors with throws and pillows.
I found this gray sofa right around the corner at Reclamation, which is a neighbor business. As I saw it without legs, ugh!, it reminded me of a casket. Priced right at $150.00, upholstered in a gray fabric and close by, I couldn’t pass it up. Once I got her situated in place, it was painfully obvious she needed an uplift. FUN!
I dove into my boxes of vintage wooden legs and here’s what happened.
